1, with more than 5 years of work experience in the position of technical director or above in medium and large companies, new energy industry or lithium battery industry is preferred;

2、Master's degree or above in lithium-related majors, proficient in various development platforms;

3、Good communication and leadership skills, able to coordinate the overall situation and reasonably deploy team resources;

4, with strategic thinking and good team motivation, strong execution, good business negotiation skills, budget management skills, leadership and learning ability;

5, proficient in mainstream Internet platform development and operation and maintenance technology, proficient in big data collection, management and analysis, with a deep understanding of the development of the new energy lithium battery industry and its inherent laws;

6, a high degree of sensitivity to cutting-edge technology innovation, able to grasp the development of technology in a timely manner, and to provide decision support recommendations for the company's technological development;
