1、Docking the technical improvement demand of all production equipment and auxiliary equipment in the production workshop, disassembling and analyzing the demand, and coordinating with the relevant process technicians in the R&D centre to participate in the equipment or production line technical improvement;

2、Responsible for completing the overall output of the technical improvement plan of production line machinery and equipment in the production workshop, and continuously following up the progress and quality of the transformation;

3、Responsible for the establishment of the R & D centre of each production workshop equipment transformation technical documentation preparation, update, archiving.

1、Full-time college degree or above; majoring in electrical automation, mechanical engineering, mechanical electronics and other related majors;

2、Working experience: more than 3 years' experience in equipment maintenance/remodeling, hard-working, able to accept business trips, strong hands-on ability in equipment modification is preferred;

3、Working skills: understand mechanical drawing, electrical and electronic related knowledge; have the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings; be familiar with the working principle of mechanical components and electrical components.
