1、Research and analysis of the ladder product market, research and consultation with business departments to plan ladder products;

2、Responsible for the development, testing, process failure analysis and mechanism investigation of ladder products;

3、Prepare product specification parameter documents, design product test cases, product specification, and lead to complete product third-party testing or certification; communicate and follow up to solve customers' technical problems and provide satisfactory service to customers.

1、Bachelor degree or above, background in materials, chemistry, science and technology related majors;

2、Familiar with the lithium battery gradient utilization industry, with more than 2 years of experience in the development of gradient products and their research work is preferred;

3, familiar with product design and development process, familiar with project management, technical management related knowledge, able to apply relevant management tools and methods;

4, cheerful personality, good written expression ability, organization ability, communication ability and teamwork ability.
