3、Control the risk of knowledge infringement and risk of loss of confidentiality during the company's R&D, production and promotion;

4、Develop patent knowledge training plan and handover collection plan, and supervise the implementation;

5、Assist the Legal Department in the formulation and implementation of solutions for intellectual property infringement and infringed;

6、Reviewing patent search reports, manuscripts, reply examination opinions, reexamination opinions and excavation plans, etc;

7、Evaluate the selection of suppliers and the quality of operation of patents and trademarks;

8, responsible for reviewing all kinds of contracts and agreements involving the company's intellectual property content.

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and technology is preferred;

3、Familiar with intellectual property-related laws, independently undertake relevant knowledge production machine work with relevant work experience for more than 3 years;

4、Familiar with intellectual property-related policies, systems, degree, reporting system software and application approval process; strong written expression and understanding ability; with lithium battery industry work is preferred.
