1、Supervise and inspect the daily work of the workshops, hold regular meetings on the subject to ensure that production targets are achieved;

2、Establish and improve the production system of the production department, and constantly check the implementation, strengthen the management, to ensure the standardization of the production department responsibilities and authority

3、Responsible for the production process quality control;

4、Cooperate with the research institute for the trial production of new products;

5, according to the development needs of the production department, carry out innovation and excellence, energy saving, performance management and other aspects of work to ensure the implementation and realization;

6、Organize the career development and training of subordinates, put forward training needs and conduct performance assessment to ensure that they constantly adapt to the needs of the position

7、Implement the company's safety and environmental protection management rules and regulations to ensure that no major safety and environmental protection accidents occur in the plant; effectively carry out environmental protection and labour protection work, and continuously improve labour conditions.

1、Education: Bachelor degree or above

2、Professional: Chemical and metallurgical related majors; familiar with battery dismantling, nickel and cobalt wet smelting, evaporation crystallization and wastewater treatment experience; background experience in lithium battery recycling wet smelting industry and familiar with all aspects of technical points of common sense is preferred; experience in production management in the same industry is preferred;

3、Experience: 5 years and above relevant working experience;
