Warehouse Manager / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the overall work affairs and daily work management of the warehouse, coordinating the work between the department and various functional departments;

2、Responsible for the development and revision of warehouse procedure documents and management systems, improve the processes and standards of warehouse management;

3, responsible for the department's work performance assessment, SOP job descriptions, workflow, departmental rules and regulations management supervision and implementation;

4, warehouse inventory work arrangements: monthly organization of warehouse inventory, reception and arrangements for financial and customer irregular financial reality spot checks; ensure that the card, account, material consistent, effective management of the warehouses; planning and organization of warehouse year-end, mid-year, quarterly inventory tasks;

5, the organization of warehouse managers to do a good job of all kinds of goods in and out of the warehouse management, good system accounts and manual ledger management, management of the flow of documents;

6, the development of warehouse planning, to achieve reasonable planning of sites, materials, personnel, storage equipment, and to control;

7, responsible for the development of each warehouse location planning, such as: marking, fire prevention, anti-theft, moisture, etc.;


Job Requirements:

1、Education: College degree or above, majoring in electronics, computer or logistics related majors is preferred;

2、Basic requirements: gender is not limited, age 30-40 years old;

3、Working experience: more than 8 years in warehouse or logistics work, served more than 5 years in large equipment manufacturing plant manager level, good understanding and practical experience in inventory management and inventory process, etc.;

4、Working skills: familiar with the factory warehouse operation process, have relevant experience in warehouse management control, warehouse planning and ISO standardization knowledge, proficient in using computer office software, and basic operation of related functions;

5、Skilled in operating ERP/K3 system;

6、Must have a good work ethic and sense of responsibility, have a certain ability to withstand pressure, positive and enterprising, strong communication and assistance skills, good teamwork spirit.
