1. organising and directing the production of this shift, leading the personnel of this shift to complete the tasks assigned by the workshop according to quality and quantity;

2. be responsible for the shift to carry out safe and civilized production, responsible for training the staff on safety procedures and doing the safety inspection before and after the shift;

3. strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, reasonably organize production, strengthen the collaboration between workshop staff, keep abreast of production progress, and complete production tasks on time and with quality and quantity

4. Check the operation specification of each process carefully, and handle and report quality problems in a timely manner;

5. Responsible for implementing the 6S work on site, keeping the site neat and orderly, and actively carrying out continuous improvement work;

6.To do production related statistics in a timely and accurate manner;

1、Secondary education or above;

2、At least 2 years of experience in production site management, with strong learning ability and execution;

3、Familiar with manufacturing business process, factory management operation mode;

4、Good leadership and organization coordination ability, communication ability, execution ability, etc.
