- Proficiency in the basic principles of batteries and basic chemical knowledge;

- Familiarity with the basic knowledge of battery dismantling and equipment operation processes;

- Daily organization and management of production;

- Some technical experience in the dismantling of lithium batteries;

- Professional technical training of operators from time to time;

- Preparation of technical and safety operating procedures;

- Knowledge of the performance of the equipment required for battery dismantling production and the handling of common fault problems;

- 5S management on site;

- College or bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical and metallurgical related fields;

- Background experience in battery dismantling industry and familiar with the general knowledge of the technical points of each link;

- Experience in physical dismantling of waste lithium batteries and nickel-cobalt wet smelting and production plant management is preferred;

- 2-5 years and above relevant working experience.
