- Responsible for the technical research of the gradient utilization of retired power lithium batteries;

- Responsible for assisting the business manager in technical support for the utilization of gradient batteries;

- Responsible for the preparation and updating of standards and specifications for the secondary utilization of retired power lithium batteries;

- Responsible for product application support of recycled batteries;

- Preparation and maintenance of inspection and testing standards for recycled batteries;

- After-sales market technical support;

- Maintenance and optimization of the gradient utilization production line;

- Provide technical guidance and training to operators from time to time.

- Bachelor's degree or above in electrochemistry, applied chemistry, materials chemistry, electronic circuits;

- Experience in low-speed power mainframe power development, battery recycling, battery factory product development, especially experience in gradient utilization is preferred.

- Familiarity with battery performance, full understanding of battery-related laws and regulations, testing standards, etc.;

- 3 years and above relevant working experience.
