Waste lead-acid battery recycling process:

   I. Transporting the used lead-acid batteries to the smelter's warehouse using special environmental protection vehicles;

   2. Pour the electrolyte of the used lead-acid battery into the sedimentation tank for drug treatment;

   3. dismantling the used lead-acid batteries and sending the shells to the plastic recycling plant for professional treatment

   4. Sorting the partitions of the used lead-acid batteries and sending them to a professional plant for recycling;

   v. Sending the sorted waste pole plates to a large reflector furnace for smelting and making lead ingots for recycling;

   vi. The waste water generated during the smelting process flows into a sedimentation tank and is treated with the electrolyte for drug treatment;

   vii. The waste slag generated during the smelting process is sent to a professional iron smelter for treatment;

   VIII. The waste fumes produced during the smelting process are treated by the cloth bag dust removal device and then safely discharged, thus ending the environmental protection recycling process of used lead-acid batteries.
