- Proficiency in basic metallurgy and chemical engineering;

- Management and operation of extraction processes, and extraction process control techniques required;

- Day-to-day organisation of production management;

- Proficiency in extraction process technology;

- Some experience in nickel and cobalt wet smelting;

- Occasional specialist technical training for operators;

- Preparation of technical and safety operating procedures;

- Knowledge of the performance of the equipment required for wet smelting production and how to deal with common fault problems;

- Familiarity with site 5S management.

- College degree or above, majoring in chemical and metallurgy related fields;

- Background experience in the battery recycling industry and familiar with the general knowledge of the technical points of each link; experience in nickel roll wet smelting is preferred; experience in cobalt and nickel wet metallurgy production plant management is preferred

- 2 years or more relevant working experience.
