Carbon anode materials
The actual anode materials used in lithium-ion batteries are basically carbon materials, such as artificial graphite, natural graphite, intermediate phase carbon microspheres, petroleum coke, carbon fibres, pyrolytic resin carbon, etc.
Tin-based anode materials
Tin-based anode materials can be divided into two types: tin oxides and tin-based composite oxides. Oxides are oxides of various valence metals of tin. There are no commercially available products.
Nitrides
No commercially available products.
Alloys
These include tin-based alloys, silicon-based alloys, germanium-based alloys, aluminium-based alloys, antimony-based alloys, magnesium-based alloys and other alloys, which are also not commercially available.
Nanoscale
Carbon nanotubes, nano-alloy materials.
Nano Oxide
According to the latest market developments in the Li-ion battery new energy industry in 2009, many companies have started to use nano titanium oxide and nano silicon oxide to add to the traditional graphite, tin oxide and carbon nanotubes to greatly increase the charge/discharge capacity and frequency of Li-ion batteries.
